“Great people. We came in looking to save money on a wall oven. They had quite a few options and we found one we liked. It had cracked glass on the oven door. They offered to buy and install a new door for us. Honestly can’t beat that customer service and that great of a deal. Saved a ton of money on basically a brand new unit. They made sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them and will be back to check out what they have for our next appliance/furniture purchase.”

“Helpful and friendly employees. We had stopped by Lowes prior, and needed employee assistance to cut some lengths of chain. It took the staff at Home Depot maybe 5 minutes tops to track down the correct person to help and get our chains cut. The employees at Lowes, however, never assisted after asking 3 separate employees and waiting for them to "find someone," whom they never returned with.Night and day difference- go to this Home Depot if you value your time.”

“purchased a washer dryer set almost a month ago the end of 2021. received the wrong set. have spoken to Mike R & Mike Rutledge, the manager, Jared-he tried- & Austin without any help. I still have the wrong set almost 1 month later & now they want to recharge me $1600 to actually receive the correct item, after being blown off 4 different times of them saying they would deliver the correct items. they also want to charge me $79 to come & pick up the wrong items. Mike Rutledges boss needs to know how ridiculous, difficult & negligent this company & process has been. Highly disappointing & feeling stuck. hHow do I trust they'll refund my money in a timely manner? since getting the correct product seems to be too difficult to ask... #homedepot”

“Agreed to lease a washer and dryer over the phone, offered new equipment for an extra $3 weekly so of course. Had to wait two weeks for washer and dryer to arrive, and when they finally did, surprise surprise, no new ones available, but they couldn't tell me that over the phone, they told me at my door. Basically i had to take them in with the condition that my agreement would be modified since i was getting used equipment instead of new. Well, the washer died on the same day of delivery. Called for service and was offered replacement for new ones, but guess what, now I have to wait 2 more weeks because it is what it is..... I honestly would like to just to leave them out on the street and go back to Aarons, they are way more expensive but they deliver what is promised and don't make you wait that long.Update : new washer and dryer has been delivered as promised. No complaints!”
