“I had a lamp that was very sentimental to me and I couldn’t find anyone to help me fix it. So I stopped in to see if the FL Davis Ace Hardware might know someone. Frer greeted me and I explained the situation he immediately said he could help me and did just that and fixed it with parts I purchased! I was Wowed by the customer service! All the folks there are kind, friendly and so knowledgeable. In a world where we no longer get humans to check us out, answer customer service inquires everyone should consider shopping local!!!Thanks to Frer for you 5 star service it matters!!!”
“I stopped in today needing a drop hitch for my jeep to tow my little bumper pull trailer. Brian, the store manager went absolutely above and beyond getting me set up with exactly what I needed and even allowed me to take several different hitches outside to verify what drop I exactly needed. This man truly saved my day today !! Customer service like this is why I will always keep coming back to the Springdale location over any other.”
“This particular store is one of the most complete ACE hardware stores I've seen operating in some time. So very convenient. A VERY useful and critical establishment for the area I argue. I still have my uses for the big chains. But the prices are competitive. If on the higher side, I consider it's importance to our community, distance for the alternative, helpful nature and important as a local employer. Use them often. I do.”
“Excellent experience at The Hardware Store. They’re about 45 minutes from my house, but they’ve earned my business going forward.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. They gave me a great walkthrough of my new mower after delivery, and one of the service techs even shared his experience with the engine on the model I was buying.
You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and that kind of service is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!”

I highly recommend coming here last time when I was doing an electrical problem and needed extra wire they had me covered. I highly recommend coming here.”

Both were extremely pleasant and helpful .I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I was also able to purchase a higher quality carpet and pad below our budgeted price.
