“I wish I knew the name of the gentleman that helped us. My daughter's AC went out (in July no less) and on a weekend. My husband is not "certified" and doesn't have an HVAC license but in his field of work he deals with various electrical components and has learned a lot from other tradesmen. He went over and determined it was the capacitor that needed replaced. Most of the places that would sell to a non HVAC person were closed. He even called a popular HVAC company and asked them if he could buy one from them. They don't sell to the public which is totally fine but my husband said well how much would it cost for you to come out and replace the capacitor? All they kept saying was "it costs this much for us to come diagnose the problem but that fee is waived if we do the work the same day" and "I can't give you a price because I don't know if that is the problem ". All I wanted to know was IF the capacitor turns out to be the problem, then how much would it end up costing for you to replace it? So my husband spent the entire morning calling places to see if he could find what he was looking for and came across Johnsons Hardware! I say all the previous so you can understand the frustration. Right from the phonecall this gentleman was helpful and honest! He said he didn't know much about that area but he would look and try to find it. As they were on the phone he was digging through different boxes and low and behold found it!!! And it was only $14.00! When my husband went and picked it up this gentleman was trying to help another customer find some answers and even printed information to help the customer. They care about their customers. We are so thankful they were open and for their help. My husband got it replaced and my daughter's house is not an oven anymore. We will definitely keep this company in mind for our future needs. Thank you, Johnsons Hardware, for honesty, integrity, and caring about more than a sale.”

“This is for the HVAC side.Highly recommend.I'm a homeowner and do almost all my own construction contractor work.Their prices are more than reasonable and they didn't treat me like other businesses that obviously prefer licensed contractors projecting an obvious annoyance toward the Joe Smoe homeowner.I needed quality heavy guage drive cleat and standing S cleat. They had it in 26 guage. Their tools appear to be all high quality as well.BTW, Big Box stocks 30 guage and most their competitors stock mostly 30 guage and some 28 guage.I live 2 minutes from Ferguson Plumbing and I'll drive 30 minutes each way to be treated like a human being and for better quality at great prices.I'll try to do my business with this business during the non peak hours so as to not create a stressful jaugernot.Again, highly recommend.”

I still have the wrong set almost 1 month later & now they want to recharge me $1600 to actually receive the correct item, after being blown off 4 different times of them saying they would deliver the correct items. they also want to charge me $79 to come & pick up the wrong items. Mike Rutledges boss needs to know how ridiculous, difficult & negligent this company & process has been. It took the staff at Home Depot maybe 5 minutes tops to track down the correct person to help and get our chains cut. The employees at Lowes, however, never assisted after asking 3 separate employees and waiting for them to "find someone," whom they never returned with.Night and day difference- go to this Home Depot if you value your time.”

Both were extremely pleasant and helpful .I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I was also able to purchase a higher quality carpet and pad below our budgeted price. This took less than an hour.The carpet arrived earlier than was expected!The installers were wonderful as well!I’m am absolutely thrilled with the carpet and with the service we received.I will be purchasing all of our needs for our home in the future from this store!It was an awesome experience! They were all incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of properly. If I was a metaphor of a fish out of water in this store: Bryan, Cheli, and Debbie were the three handed saint that guided this floundering trout back to safe waters. I prithee all three of those distinguished folks deserve a dollar per hour raise! NAY, a two dollar per hour raise!
