It was so easy for me to see what I'm doing and to pull into the glass tunnel because it's so open and there was no track system to navigate! At other car washes I worry if I'm going to damage something trying to fit the tire into the track. The management at Tommy's is eager to ensure that I not only have a clean car but also a positive experience. They help so many non-profits that it's a pleasure promoting this business. “This is a great gas station that's always clean on the outside with great gas pumps. They always have the best prices on gas here. The inside is always nice and clean and you always get a friendly gesture when entering the store. I like how they have sales on candy here its usually to good to pass up on. Great selections of cold drinks and great prices on beer here as well. I like how it's all lit up at night so you feel good and safe doing your business here.”
“Zips Express car wash makes so much sense!!! Many other car washes require you to wash your car before vacuuming. I absolutely cannot stand having my car dripping, wet while trying to vacuum.
PLUS The vacuums are free!
Also, I love that they always have staff available to help you when you need it! I was here last weekend vacuuming out my car when something important got sucked up through the hose. The worker there was so kind and quick to help me retrieve my item!

“Still 75 cents a throw, but the intervals seem shorter. But a miracle among self-service car washes: it's clean and the Equipment. Actually. Works. The best I've been to in NWA.”
“I wanted a self service car wash and finally found one. If I remember correctly, $2 got me 2 minutes. It was clean. Vacuum was 75 cents, but I didn't have any more bills or change so I didn't get to use it. I will be going back.”

“I paid for the monthly subscription, scanned the QR code with the app to start the wash, and nothing happened. I scanned the QR code again and it said I have already hit my daily limit of one wash per day. Thankfully an employee named Mr. Jay was nearby to assist for today, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing the subscription.
Update: They reached out and said that the issue was that I scanned the QR code while someone was already in the car wash. Now that I wait to scan, the car wash works great.”
“Definitely my favorite car wash in Fayetteville. $10 seems pretty fair for a wash. Unlimited vacuum time and all the damp towels you need. I really don’t like how much they pester you about buying a monthly subscription tho. I only wash my car once a month so I wouldn’t really benefit from the subscription. I usually come for a super quick wash so the conversation is kind of unneeded.”
