“We started way to late to look for back to college furniture… but a friend told me to check out Furniture Row in Arkansas… I called the number and a very very helpful and pleasant guy named Jimmy told me all about the quality of the different furniture I selected for a 4 piece bedroom set so we went for something much better than my 1st choice then he helped me find a desk to go with the bedroom set. He was so sweet because I was in a bind waiting so long to get this done my fault, but jimmy told me that it would get there only a week after my sons arrival so that was great news as well. I love that kind of service it doesn’t come that often these days that someone on a phone order is patient, kind, and helpful. He diffused my anxiousness! “Need to know anything about sewing and quilting? Ask for Carol at Joann’s Fayetteville! I went in today to purchase a few supplies for an Art Project for my UARK grandson. Unfortunately, the project required quilting and I was clueless! Then I met Carol…she gave me many pointers that I did not know, even though I have been sewing for over 60 years! Tonight, my grandson is sitting at my sewing machine quilting an amazing 3’ x 4’ hand appliquéd quilt!! ????? for Carol!!”

“If I could give them 10 starts I would.I ordered the Square Olivia Turned Leg table and the Ender Sideboard. I know what chairs I want (also from James+James) and was going back and forth forever on which finish for the table would best compliment the other two pieces. I placed my order and then panicked wondering if I chose the best one out of the two finishes for what I wanted. Living in New York, and having to do all of this from samples and online photos added a pinch of anxiety, I otherwise would not have had if able to see it in a showroom for myself.I immediately emailed James+James and was quickly put at ease. Every person I spoke to and worked with at James+James was spectacular. They were incredibly quick to respond, they were patient and understanding with my million questions, each one of them was beyond knowledgable and informative, and really just went the extra mile to help make this as easy and stress free as possible. They even went so far as to text me pictures of the pieces I was looking at from their showroom while on a call with me, and where they didn’t have the pieces available to take pictures of, they located some elsewhere and sent those too. I’m so lucky to have found them, I will absolutely be purchasing from them again. I cannot wait for my furniture to arrive. Thank you to the entire James+James team.”
