“If I could give them 10 starts I would.I ordered the Square Olivia Turned Leg table and the Ender Sideboard. I know what chairs I want (also from James+James) and was going back and forth forever on which finish for the table would best compliment the other two pieces. I placed my order and then panicked wondering if I chose the best one out of the two finishes for what I wanted. Living in New York, and having to do all of this from samples and online photos added a pinch of anxiety, I otherwise would not have had if able to see it in a showroom for myself.I immediately emailed James+James and was quickly put at ease. “Today, I spontaneously visited this shop while I happened to be in the area. I felt a bit anxious since I had my two-year-old son with me, and most boutique stores tend to be less accommodating to young children. However, the Onion Creek store staff showered my son with attention, offering him some of the snacks available, engaging with him, and even gifting him a dinosaur. Not only that, they went out of their way to assure me that my toddler was genuinely welcome there. This turned out to be an incredibly delightful experience. I'm eagerly looking forward to returning for more shopping and spreading the word about this store to everyone!”
