“Great U-Haul experience. I set up a 15ft truck on the U-Haul website and it sent me to the wrong place, but there was a number to call for another U-Haul location and these folks were awesome. Very apologetic for the mixup, but made the pickup smooth and easy. The truck was super clean and FULL OF GAS! The service guy was quick to grab the dolly and blankets and made the whole process remarkably easy. If you’re renting a U-Haul in Fayetteville, Arkansas, just use this site. Best one in town.”

“Easy pickup and return for my trailer. The lady working the counter was nice. She was the only one in office so of course she was busy taking care of other people so I had to wait just a few minutes. But she was working as quickly as she could. I could see how you’d have a long wait if even just a couple people were in front of you. But not the workers fault. The guy working the returns was quick to come out and get us unhitched. He came out quicker than we could use the app to return.I’d highly recommend using the app for check in and return. Saves so much of your time and the workers time. Makes things go much smoother and quicker.”
