“I Didn't even rent from this facility because they were out of the type of truck that I needed however they took the time to look up the closest U-Haul facility that did. However they went above and beyond even that and reserved the truck for me. When I got to the facility I told them that I wanted to rent the truck outside and they told me I'm sorry it's already been reserved and there was a little mixup because obviously it was under my phone number however I was pleasantly surprised that that happened and so pleased with the customer service from this specific facility that I will definitely rent or even provide any business that they offer.”

“Ryan and Callee’s crew here does an excellent job! They have an extremely convenient location stocked with all the snacks and supplies you could need for a long move in one of their U-Hauls. Be sure to try one of their sandwiches too! They are both cheap and delicious! Great people and great service!”

“Easy pickup and return for my trailer. The lady working the counter was nice. She was the only one in office so of course she was busy taking care of other people so I had to wait just a few minutes. But she was working as quickly as she could. I could see how you’d have a long wait if even just a couple people were in front of you. But not the workers fault. The guy working the returns was quick to come out and get us unhitched. He came out quicker than we could use the app to return.I’d highly recommend using the app for check in and return. Saves so much of your time and the workers time. Makes things go much smoother and quicker.”
