This is not a bank location, it's an office for Arvests private banking. The staff is fantastic, kind and helpful. The bad reviews here are nonsensical and irrelevant. I have never been treated so well by any other bank.

I stumbled upon the negative rating given to Xochitl Baxter. Since I've had nothing but great experiences with her and with Arvest Private Banking, I thought it would be important to report the very excellent treatment from Xochitl and Private Banking.
