I stumbled upon the negative rating given to Xochitl Baxter. Since I've had nothing but great experiences with her and with Arvest Private Banking, I thought it would be important to report the very excellent treatment from Xochitl and Private Banking.

I tried to get a letter of mortgage pre-approval from Xochitl Baxter and she never responded my emails. I was a serious/interested customer with good credit score (750). So I'm disappointed.
