“I have been with Signature Bank of Arkansas for about 4 or 5 years. There customer service a wonderful. They are always so nice. I’ve never had a problem with them. I would recommend this bank to everyone. They have free checking, wiring money to them is simple, all your ATM charges are credited back to you at end of your statement date. So you really never pay a ATM charge. Which can be quite expensive when you don’t live where they have a Signature Bank. We did live by one but have moved out of state. So knowing I don’t have to pay $4.00 or $5.00 dollars every time I get my money out is great. I don’t know of any other banks that refund you like that. I recommend this bank to everyone.”

“This bank has excellent staff. Alan at the main office was so timely and meticulous about helping me get paperwork together for my home loan. When my wallet was stolen last year, the manager at the college branch walked me through the process of getting a new account established and changing all of my auto drafts. And when someone later tried to use my stolen driver's license to withdraw funds from my account the branch worker at the East location immediately recognized the problem. The bad guys drove off, but at least they got my license back to the police and kept my account secure. I highly recommend this bank.”
