I have used B-Unlimited to order apparel for the high school I work at in Little Rock. My sales rep, Emma, was extremely responsive and helpful. They got proofs to me quickly, and shipped ASAP. A little pricier than other companies I quoted, but it's worth it for their customer service and timeliness. Would 100% use them...
