Tellers not helpful. Unable to resolve issues with IT and their back office. Probably an issue with Bank of America in general

This is the worst Bank in Northwest Arkansas! The management is Rude! Tellers were rude! I'm surprised they are even allowed open. It's Sad they call themselves Bank of America!
