I could access my account online but transactions did not appear and my balance was not correct. Lauryn Jonaway, Relationship Specialist, jumped on board to assist me. Five star review? JIMMY At THIS branch is a stellar customer support rep who solved a very simple problem, in and out in 10 minutes. I just needed some statements. All the other branches gave me grief and asked me to call in to support. Support promised they’d be mailed (they claimed no way to secure mail), confirmed mailing address then I never received them. This happened more than once. Jimmy gave me BOTH. physical copies AND secure email with the digital copies. THANK YOU SIR!”
