But no one intentionally would answer fraudulently on transactions. “Updated… UFC reached out and corrected the situation…We have been a member at this credit union for years have five different accounts my wife’s debit card expired back in August. She has requested it twice online and we’ve never got it. I went into the Springdale location on Sunset and ask if they could print her one. The lady behind the counter said yes we can print it but you cannot get it. She Hass to be here in person, I said I have ID and I’m on the account. Why can I not get it and she said she hast to be here to get it so that means she has to takeoff work to come down here to get a card that’s ridiculous. We will be moving our accounts to a different bank. I advise you not to use United Federal credit Union. They have no customer service at all and it’s no telling where they’ve supposedly sent these other two cards.”
