“Updated… UFC reached out and corrected the situation…We have been a member at this credit union for years have five different accounts my wife’s debit card expired back in August. She has requested it twice online and we’ve never got it. I went into the Springdale location on Sunset and ask if they could print her one. The lady behind the counter said yes we can print it but you cannot get it. She Hass to be here in person, I said I have ID and I’m on the account. Why can I not get it and she said she hast to be here to get it so that means she has to takeoff work to come down here to get a card that’s ridiculous. We will be moving our accounts to a different bank. I advise you not to use United Federal credit Union. They have no customer service at all and it’s no telling where they’ve supposedly sent these other two cards.”

“Actually, Nancy is my wife. My name is Jon. I had trouble with accessing my account (associated with Gideon's International) in early March. I could access my account online but transactions did not appear and my balance was not correct. Lauryn Jonaway, Relationship Specialist, jumped on board to assist me. She really pushed the envelope, communicated with me on a regular basis, and provided account info when requested. Finally, after nearly 2 months, I think the problem has been remedied. Lauryn went above and beyond to assist me. Without her assistance, I probably would have had to switch banks. ARVEST Bank needs more employees like her!!”

Five star review? JIMMY At THIS branch is a stellar customer support rep who solved a very simple problem, in and out in 10 minutes. I just needed some statements. All the other branches gave me grief and asked me to call in to support. Support promised they’d be mailed (they claimed no way to secure mail), confirmed mailing address then I never received them. This happened more than once. Jimmy gave me BOTH. physical copies AND secure email with the digital copies. THANK YOU SIR!”
