Been using them awhile. A little annoying they are only in Arkansas. Travel full time for work but if I have had any issues or concerns they have been super easy to contact and extremely helpful. Other than limited locations I have absolutely no complaints

I've been banking with them for almost 10 years now. I used to have bank of America and that was a joke!

I made a regular stop there for my employer, but realized a mistake was made after I returned to work. They apologized and shortly sent an employee to me with the missing funds.
