“We had our daughter’s wedding reception at Carnall Hall. It was beyond our dreams. The staff was so kind, fun and accommodating. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was beautiful. I highly recommend this Inn for any event. Carissa, the wedding coordinator was dynamic and went above and beyond. We will never forget this wedding because of her and the staff. So much love to all that made this reception a complete dream come true!”

“Rooms are clean, nice place. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed ever. My only complaints are firstly the girls running the breakfast need to have everything ready and put out when it’s actually time for breakfast rather than still bringing out milk, coffee and food at 6:15, some of us work local and have to be there by 7. Maybe they need to get to work earlier? Secondly you will not get new towels or trash taken out if it’s a weekend.”

“The manager on duty and Dvon Helped us out with the trouble booking because Booking.com took our money. The manager and Dvon made sure to explain to Booking.com for over an hour about them seeing proof that booking in fact did charge our card and didn’t send it and after numerous calls they found the charge and sent it to the hotel. The manager and Dvon went out of their way to help use out. Thank you. Besides that the hotel was amazing. The room and beds were relaxing comfortable and everything was very clean with that being said we will definitely be staying at this hotel again it’s amazing. The customer service is amazing. I have never had a manager help this much and be so polite thank you AVID”
