“WOW! Absolutely charming! The road noise was minimal to nonexistent, the room was almost curated in its decor, reminiscent of the travel lodge of the 60s and 70s without looking at all shabby.It's very clear that ownership and management take the maintenance and upkeep of their facilities very seriously.The additional access to a restaurant and lounge were a fantastic touch and improve the charming and welcoming feel of the experience.Full suite amenities at a fair budget price.I will be staying here whenever I am traveling through Arkansas in the future without exception, unless they have no availability.Rooms: Park right at your room, adorable details in parking area.Nearby activities: Lounge with bar food attached to the hotel, just like they used to do it!Noteworthy details: Great "old school road trip" feel to this place.”

“Staff was nice. No bugs. Bathroom was good. Bed could've been more comfortable. Good water pressure and temperature shower wise. Nice rates I suppose. Mini fridge and a microwaveWish there was vinyl flooring instead of carpet. Just feel like it would be more sanitary. No laundry facilities for guests though.”

“Royal Inn is the best value in Northwest Arkansas. I lived in NWA for 38 years and this is my go-to place to stay, now. It is just off the beaten path so there aren't noisy incidents. My room was damn near sterilized. I had reservations thru Booking.com and let the manager know I would be arriving at 1am. He was accommodating and kind and gave me a great room, even though I woke him up. I appreciate the cleanliness and customer service I received. This place isn't super high-end, but it is nice and deserves good reviews.”

“Room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and really like the fact the toilet was a tall one. Excellent shampoo!! I need the name of it!!! Desk clerk was very nice and when I told him my friend was having surgery the next day, he said he would say a prayer her!”

Fantastic front desk service: If you need towels, toilet paper, etc., they'll have it you within five minutes.Nearby activities: Botanical Gardens of the Ozarks, Shiloh Museum of Ozark History, tons of shopping for all interests, and it's close to plenty of Springdale's great restaurants!Safety: There are a lot of out-of-town contract laborers that stay at the motel. I've never had an issue, other than 'cat calling'; however I've just ignored them.Walkability: Walking around the motel is a pleasure! The owner is quite the gardener! She has containers EVERYWHERE!As far was walking to dinner or a movie? No, nothing is "walk-friendly" in the area.Food & drinks: There are no drinks or food available here. But, again, each room has a refrigerator and microwave. So... BYOB- Bring Your Own BusinessesNoteworthy details: Close to everything you may need.Great rates.Comfy beds.Nice, big TVs.Clean rooms.Awesome staff.”

Most employees are great, one not so much. Maintenance man, awesome. In the months we've been here we've been very well taken care of. I would very much, and have recommended several other hard working people to stay here. NOT THE ONE ON MLK IN FAYETTEVILLE AR. Thanks goes out to Mr Scott and staff for keeping my family safe and taking care of while working.Nearby activities: Perfect area for my business and work load.”

“Our room was very nice. Everything was clean and fresh. The indoor pool was having some chlorine issues, so it wasn't available the night we checked in. The large jacuzzi tub in the room was awesome. I am 6'5" and was able to fit in the tub, which was really needed after a 3-hour drive . The room we picked had a king-size bed. The breakfast is served at 6am through 9am with fresh scrambled eggs, sausage rounds, and biscuits with gravy. There is also a waffle maker and an assortment of juices, coffee, tea's and a cereal selection. There is also an attendant on hand to assist you if you need help with anything in the breakfast area. The few staff we spoke to were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We didn't need it, but there is a nice business room with a fax/copier machine & which offers privacy for the business folks.Nearby activities: There are quite a few restaurants in the area around the hotel. So there are plenty of places to visit and eat. I would be careful for the people who like to walk. Springdale Arkansas has the worst drivers I have ever seen, stay off the sidewalk.”
