Always love Lowes and how they cater to Veterans and are dog friendly. Staff will help you as well as random customers. Which I am very thankful for. Love it here!

Usually understaffed and never answer the phone. If they do answer the phone by mistake, they just hang up on you.

I had planned to purchase 8 sheets of finished plywood for a DIY project, which would have been around $600 in materials. Normally, I shop at the Springdale location, but since their table saw was out of order, I decided to visit Fayetteville.
When I arrived, I asked for assistance in cutting the plywood sheets in half so they would fit under my bed cover. The associate I was directed to informed me that, due to corporate policy, he could only make two cuts. I was surprised, as I have had multiple cuts completed at the Springdale location in the past without issue. When I pointed this out, the associate apologized but reiterated that he could not help further. This was particularly frustrating, as it was a slow morning during the work week and several employees were standing around.
In the end, I called the Home Depot located nearby, and they had no issues cutting the 8 sheets for me. I also discovered that their prices for the plywood were lower, and the staff was much more willing to help, even offering assistance with loading my materials.
I am not sure if two cuts is corporate policy at Lowes or if the person, I ran into was just lazy. Regardless, the level of service at the Fayetteville location was disappointing and ultimately cost you my business going forward. For anyone in the area, I would recommend checking out Home Depot first, as they seem to offer better support for someone working on DIY project.

Went into the store for a box of screws and a 2x6 board that I needed cut in half.
Pressed the call for help button. No one came. Nearest person I could find was in
Paint department. Asked if they would call for assistance. Went back to board cutting area pressed bell button again. 17 minutes later called the store and asked for the manager. Stayed on hold just over 5 minutes.
Help desk couldn’t find the shift manager. Manager finally showed up. He whined about being short handed. Asked why he didn’t come. No excuse. What a sorry run organization.

There are 2 employees at this store who were fabulous. First Carter who for a high schooler had more common sense than most adults and was very helpful and kind then 2nd Emily who was so friendly at check out and helped get me started on this review. They both were very helpful and friendly during a very busy time and I think they should be recognized.

Nobody to help find things. Nobody to check me out
Just self help but prices go up. Whats next customers restock shelves. Its getting sad. Greedy companies less help but we pay more.
