Placed an order for pick up for a mower repair part. Online app said the part would arrive within 4 days (4/18/23). Shipping tracking indicated the part arrived at the store on 4/21/23. The order was never posted as ready for pickup. On 4/26/23 called the store. Customer service says the part still hadn't arrived yet.

It's a Lowe's. Thing I hate is that like lots of other retailers there are no cashiers only self checkout. If it wasn't a big ticket item that I needed I would have left.

Super friendly employees. Went out of their way to get firewood for me from the top shelf with a forklift. At no point did they make me feel like I was asking too much or the task was too difficult. Top tier customer service.
