“This post is about Cheryl. She was a substitute for Nick. She arrived with a loner service van (not hers) no knowledge of my son’s wheelchair. Her online support didn’t work. She was talking to support nearly the whole time. Modular replacement instead of parts repair. I had both lateral supports, she didn’t have 3 screws to reattach them. ?. She did her best under the circumstances. The techs need basic supplies.
