Verifies directions before & sent text with exact time for arrival (she was 2 minutes early). Had supplies stocked up in the van. Serviced his concentrator. Went over all his oxygen related items. Had recommendations for him to bring up to his Dr. Carolyn has been the most thorough person to come out. She is wonderful.”
