“I was at Castle Rental & Pawn today 05/05/22 and as per usual I received Excellent service ! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They don't hound you as you shop but they are great about checking on you if you seem a little lost ( Me ) ha, ha . They are currently having a great sale on used dvds. I would encourage everyone to give them a shot if you are in need of rental or pawn services or you're just looking for a little something different.”
“Went to see what I could get for some air tools in my arsenal that I never use. Although we didn’t come to a deal, the gentleman that I spoke with was fair, took a decent amount of time doing his due diligence (local price range research) and polite. Haven’t been to many pawn shops before but this one was a good experience all said and done.”

When I was a customer, they always treated their customers with the utmost respect. When I was an employee I was also treated with the most respect. Unfortunately I could no longer keep my job due to my son's illness but it's nice to have a company that actually actually understands and doesn't make you feel less than. I want to make sure everyone understands that Stephanie The manager at the Springdale location is truly an exceptional woman, she goes above and beyond the call of duty. Also the boss over us, his name is Austin, you couldn't ask for a more honest and truly a wonderful boss. I definitely will miss this company, but maybe when things in my life settle down and my baby gets better if the grace of the Lord gives him that.
