Staff was friendly and helpful, but the store doesn't always smell clean. I know there are animals, but the other pet store smells much better.

This was the first Petco I've been to, but it seemed very disorganized and low on stock. I came in to look for a soft cone for my dog and they didn't have it despite the website saying they could have it ready for pick up same day.
