Clean, pleasant facility. I was seen well before my appointment time. Phlebotomist talked with me to be sure we got all the requested tests and her blood draw was efficient and painless.

Donna , Ivan , & Haley were awesome. I am very difficult to draw blood on and my first experience at quest was horrible. But this time they were awesome. The 3 i mentioned specifically very pleased with the outcome.

Appointments were running very late for being 1st thing in the morning. Had trouble with the App checking in. Also, the phlebotomist had trouble sticking me when I have plenty of good veins to draw from.

Terrible experience, made appointment via the text message feature, never got one and was in the waiting room without notice of me being called. Don't go if you value your life

When I saw the waiting lobby monitor say "is a proud supporter of sesame workshop"; I knew I was among good people. With all the insane bigots out there these days, hating on everyone, it' sad but announcing you're down the the muppet crew of sesame st tells me alot about a body. If you're cool with Birg Bird, you're cool with me. Shanon was very friendly and super-cool. Not just clearly a pro at her job but a cool person to boot. She was careful with verifying my identity, protecting my PPH biz. We talked alot in my short visit- she was also super-quick. Seriously, give that gal a raise. All around I had a great time, for, yknow, getting blood drawn.

From scheduling my appointment online to checking in from my car when I got to the office, the whole experience was quick and easy. The staff was professional.

I have veins that are like threads. I have a lot of anxiety about having blood drawn. Donna located a vein first try. I almost cried when I saw the blood flowing through the tube. Definitely I will go there and ask for her! Thank you Donna!

Fast, easy check in, don’t have to answer a million questions or have so much paperwork upfront. I like the staff they are always making me comfortable. Overall great ?

Even if you have an appointment, they don’t abide by it. The lobby is manned by a kiosk, no receptionist. No restroom, no courtesy. This is the worst lab ever.
