“Don't understand how Pinnacle does not have 5 stars. My boss was recently in Bentonville. I changed the reservation times, dates locations at least four times. They were understanding, drivers very communicative and overall GREAT customer service.”
“As far as being a trucker picking up product here was very simple. They were helpful courteous and easy to work with. The available area for backing is somewhat small. Very quick in and out. Locating this place was the biggest challenge”

“My 88 yr Old mother passed out after a walk today I had to call 911 and they sent an ambulance over. The two guys, Josh and Lance went away above average in treating my mom. They were extremely kind and professional and stayed until they were absolutely sure she was OK to stay at home and not go to the hospital. They treated her with such respect and kindness, and I want to thank them personally for treating her and let you know she is doing well.”
