I have been with carmart for good yrs now. N yesterday I was there getting another car, the manager n the assistant n the sale rep did an awesome job. I really appreciate their time n customer service was 100% went beyond. They close @ 6 but stay n took care of me so I can sure that I get my car. I ask n everything was anwser. I would recommend carmart to my families n my friend n co-worker to get their car from carmart. Excellent service n everything was done with my car pass there closing time but the manager at Fayetteville college lot n her crew did awesome. So with a happy satisfied customer im going to pick up my car today. Thank u Manager n Assistant Manager n the sale rep for all ur help getting me in my beautiful car. I so much appreciate u all. So if anyone is reading this , if u want a car go to carmart on fayetteville on college, I promise u they will do their best to get u in a car that u want. I always had good experience with carmart all these yrs I have been with them. God bless”

“Talked to Shawn over phone about a 2013 civic Si manual. He assured me it was tip top and ready to go for an unbelievable price. Thought can't be real. He garunteed it was and would hold it for me 24hrs as I had to drive 5hrs from North Ms. Well upon arrival with my mechanic, there it sat just as he said. We test drove it, Shawn said take all the time you need I'm open till 6pm. 1 1/2 later I was ecstatically headed home in my new ride. I highly recommend World of Cars and if you have to travel it's well worth it. Thank you Shawn, you're the best!!!”
“Had a 5-Star new truck buying experience with salesman Matt Grosse. He was kind, professional, informed, and never pressured me to buy despite me taking 3 hours to evaluate 2 trucks. He answered my questions promptly via text on multiple occasions. The hospitality he showed when arrived for my scheduled test drive was similar to a 5-star resort welcome. I can't speak highly enough of the experience. The price, trade, financing, and insurance negotiations were all smooth and low-pressure. I walked in knowing what I could afford and what a fair price was and I walked out with a fair deal in my target price range. The finance manager was just as kind as Matt and also transparent, helpful, and low-pressure. Lastly, once my truck was purchased, another Ford employee sat with me to ensure I knew how all the "bells & whistles" on the truck worked and offered any help needed in the coming weeks if I had more questions about all the tech. My only one negative for Lewis is the same negative that applies to every single other car dealership...it takes too long to buy a car. I understand a lot of things have to get done, but the time from purchase decision to walking out the door really should be closer to 30 minutes rather than over an hour. Even still, I 'm very happy and would highly recommend salesman Matt Grosse to anyone including my own mother.”
