Without hesitation Jim and Dwayne went out of their way to get under my Jeep and give me a diagnosis. They spent a good amount of time and didn't charge me a dime. “I needed rivets on my bed cover hinges replaced. Very courteous when I called. They had the cover off by the time I finished a courtesy cup of coffee.
I planned to return the following day to have the cover out back on. I was called the next morning to let me know the cover was ready.
I arrived at 1:00. A technician had the cover back on my truck within 10 minutes.
I was handed my keys. When I went to pay, they said “no charge.”

“Had a very unique part, old. 1979. Part number was lost they took the time to look it up research it RIGHT there! They tried their VERY best!! THEY FOUND IT TOO!!Two younger guys even and only an hour on their clock! Most people are grumpy and tired and not wanting to do much but these boys helped me and my husband TO THEIR BEST! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM ABOVE O'REILLY AND AUTO ZONE!!”
