On another 5 months later transmission is completely shot, after I’ve taken the truck back 4 times and even had it break down on me and burkhart towed said it wasn’t transmission, just for it to be the transmission ? the mileage on my bill of sell and warranty is completed different miles and the “buy parts here and we’ll do labor contract they do not honor tried to charge m en parts and labor to do a transmission service… complete rip off selling lemons save yourself sometimes and don’t buy here”

Been to auctions have sent friends to purchase cars (still thank me for referring them to N.B.A.) that were in a bind an needed assistance in getting transportation so they wouldn't lose their jobs and lively hoods to support themselves and their families... My experience here at J Pauley was outstanding. We broke down traveling and they helped me in an emergency. We had just left the town we first broke down in the afternoon before and don’t get far into it broke down again, which was frustrating. But the mechanics here found what the other shop missed, and got us going again. They even got on the phone with me when I called the previous shop, who ended up covering my hotel stay in Ft Smith after talking to the guy here at J Pauley. So I am just thrilled with their service department. If I lived here, this is where I’d have my old Landcruiser serviced.”

He has also helped with some technical issues. When I am in the market for a new vehicle I will go to j pauley toyota. We live in fayetteville and Toyota of fayettevile does not compare to j pauley I will drive to fortsmith to purchase a vehicle ! Recently my warranty ran out and a minor part broke on my tundra. Toyota of fayetteville refused to help me with a part replacement, mind you I was 4 days out of my warentee period, the drug it out to 2 weeks past my full coverage.
