“I couldn't afford to have them replace a head gasket on a 2016 Prius so I did it myself with the help of YouTube. After the new gasket was installed I had a check engine light on. Instead of tearing through the engine again to see what I missed I decided to let the service shop do a diagnostic and within a few hours I got a call from the shop that a sensor was not plugged in. This saved me some time and money. Dropping off was good, picking up was good. Staff was friendly. Got good vibes from the service shop.”
