“This place is awesome and so is the staff. Best experience I have ever had. I called their service department to look at my truck because the sensor kept telling me I needed air in my tire and I know I didnt. Also everytime I turned right i heard a sqeaking noise. They looked at it and hooked it Up to their machine and fixed both problems at no cost to me. Thank you so very much. You guys are the best.”

“I can’t recommend Eddie’s Auto Sales enough! This is my second time coming here for service for my girlfriend, and once again they went above and beyond. After her car had some pretty bad front-end damage, they got it looking like new again. They’re always professional, honest, and quick with their work. I really appreciate how they keep you updated and make the whole process stress-free. If you’re looking for reliable, high quality work, definitely go to Eddie’s Auto Sales!”

“My family has bought 3 cars from here. Sam has fixed the few problems I have had for free or very low price. My daughter’s mom had a car we ran up to 200k before she traded it in and was still running strong. I bought a car and it currently has 186k and running strong with only maintenance work done to it. My stepmom bought a car and drove it until she passed with no issue. I’d definitely buy from them again!”

“We showed up at the dealership before when it was supposed to open at 9am on Saturday. No one came when it open. We continued to use several channels of communication to get someone to reach out to us. David reached out at 11am and told us their situation but he became our mvp. He came in to help us purchase our vehicle and did everything smoothly and even recommended a great restaurant afterwards. Thanks David!”

“I have known the owner(s) my whole life and have grown up around this family. Been to auctions have sent friends to purchase cars (still thank me for referring them to N.B.A.) that were in a bind an needed assistance in getting transportation so they wouldn't lose their jobs and lively hoods to support themselves and their families... I feel bad bc I should have posted this months ago but I'm happy to bring those experiences to light. If you are able to go there an purchase a vehicle the experience is second to none, you will definitely feel that your situation matters and that you are a priority, regardless of score. THERE IS SOMETHING TO BE SAID ABOUT The OLD SCHOOL STYLE OF BUSINESS, YOU KNOW THE BOOTS On THE GROUND BUSINESS, ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR DECADES AND DECADES. I STAMP MY WORD and REP ON N.B.A. GOD BLESS! MG”

“Listen, the ONLY reason these guys are getting five stars IS BECAUSE I CANNOT GIVE THEM SIX!!! My experience here at J Pauley was outstanding. We broke down traveling and they helped me in an emergency. We had just left the town we first broke down in the afternoon before and don’t get far into it broke down again, which was frustrating. But the mechanics here found what the other shop missed, and got us going again. They even got on the phone with me when I called the previous shop, who ended up covering my hotel stay in Ft Smith after talking to the guy here at J Pauley. So I am just thrilled with their service department. If I lived here, this is where I’d have my old Landcruiser serviced.”
