“I believe his name was Shane, the man who helped service my vehicle. He was very patient with me and all my questions, and helped me get everything I needed in a short time. Plus he had great hair! 😆 I’m very satisfied with the work on my Douglas he is safe and running great. Thank y’all! I really appreciate all the help, communication, and hard work the technicians at this location have put in for me. ❤ They showed out in the best way. My dodge wouldn’t start up immediately as I got to the parking lot and they all immediately sprang into action working together and coming up with solutions to get me rolling again. Thank you so much Brittany, you were on the ball right from the get go, and worked to keep me informed and updated and answered all my questions 😆. Brittany, Shayne, Sam, and Aaron I appreciate all you do. Your work is so extremely important, thank you for helping to keep us safe out here on these roads. 🥰”

“Man they know what they are doing when it comes to automotive A/C AND big truck A/C. I've taken two international trucks to them and they have done an outstanding job on both of them to repair the air condition. Highly recommend them.”

“So the zero location has 1 mechanic, I was told. So I bypassed the 2 hour wait and dashes over to Rogers Ave. I'm glad I did. I have no complaints. Thanks so much!”

“Super helpful employees! Looked for a portable battery charger and got help and advice on what to do to maintain my car. And the advice was worth many times more than the price I paid. Wish I caught the employees name, but she was incredibly helpful and wish I could recommend her for her help!”

“Took the family car to Walmart for an oil change, I thought Walmart didn't do the work right, and it must've been Walmart at fault, but after taking it to a full service auto repair shop, they said it was the oil pressure sensor, much further above the oil change area, with oil pouring out everywhere and that they didn't think Walmart could have caused that or even gotten to it. The full service repair shop replaced the oil pressure sensor and the car ran just fine. The tow truck driver did say something about the new oil filters on one brand of well known oil filter that the company is making is making it differently and the oil filter isn't working like the old oil filters and that they have had problems with it, and have had to switch over to something else, because the old oil filter company is not making the brand for 2003 Mercury, Grand Marquis cars like they used to, but when I took the car to the full service shop they said the oil pressure sensor was the problem. Walmart was not at fault. Gosh, I feel bad for the manager, nice guy who runs things at Walmart too. Had to correct this misperception. Honesty is the best policy. I'm calling to let the managers know too.”
