“I rent cars frequently as a contract driver and this particular day, October 21, 2025, to be exact, there were computer problems which presented difficulty checking in...even having a reservation. The agent on duty that day had to then re-enter the reservation and go through the tedious undertaking of recovering information which was not readily available. My commendation is on his patient determination to complete the tasks expediently, so that I could make my 700mi trip with ease. He even checked for and issued a better rate than the original.

During a recent company transition, direct billing was not pulled over to National nor was my Emerald Club info, so I had missing rentals from my profile and had to provide my personal credit card for rental on my recent trip. National was quick to fix. Thank you...I love National's Emerald Club!!”
