“Brad was great, he worked so hard for me. He carried a couple of different mattresses for me to try before I got one that felt right for me. . Go ahead and try the Ft smith store ask for Brad.”
“My mattress still isn't here but excited to get to sleeping on it. Jeff is an absolutely great salesman. Not like a pushy used car dealer type, but a passionate and very informative one. I didn't feel pressured to have to buy anything and any questions I did have, were answered. This is definitely a gem place to go if you want honesty and quality in your mattress but also in customer service. I will definitely tell all my friends and family to use this place.”
“I walked in to just check, not expecting to buy at that time. Both employees greeted me with smiles and hellos. The associate, Sherman helped me was very knowledgeable, and professional. During our conversation I mentioned tension in my neck, he said I know just what you need. The massage bed was wonderful, I almost feel asleep. All the beds I tried were wonderful. Mattress Firm is the best, and the beds speak for themselves. Did I mention this is my second bed, I had to upgrade my dog wasn't comfortable with the smaller bed, he was cramped and needed both sides of the bed. Mattress Firm is a great company and hopefully my dog won't outgrow this bed.”
“Purchased my first living room set here 12-13 years ago and it has lasted through three kids and two inside dogs! Purchasing my second set! Joe is AMAZING! Mike was great also!”

“We walked in the store to a surprise; the sales associate was the young lady that we bought our first sleep number ed from. She gave us the same great service as the first time and is now the store manager. We were able to get our new bed within a week it will be delivered next Tuesday, can't wait!”

“We went in looking for a living room set snd dining room set and got what we needed. Mr. Martin was very helpful and answered all our questions. We set a limit on how much we wanted to spend and he got us everything under our limit. Will definitely be returning when we need new furniture.”
