“Brad was great, he worked so hard for me. He carried a couple of different mattresses for me to try before I got one that felt right for me. . Go ahead and try the Ft smith store ask for Brad.”
“Found just what we were looking for at a great price. I was happy to not be hounded by salespeople while we were looking. When we were ready to purchase, Alan was very friendly and very helpful.”
“I walked in to just check, not expecting to buy at that time. Both employees greeted me with smiles and hellos. The associate, Sherman helped me was very knowledgeable, and professional. During our conversation I mentioned tension in my neck, he said I know just what you need. The massage bed was wonderful, I almost feel asleep. All the beds I tried were wonderful. Mattress Firm is the best, and the beds speak for themselves. Did I mention this is my second bed, I had to upgrade my dog wasn't comfortable with the smaller bed, he was cramped and needed both sides of the bed. Mattress Firm is a great company and hopefully my dog won't outgrow this bed.”
“Purchased my first living room set here 12-13 years ago and it has lasted through three kids and two inside dogs! Purchasing my second set! Joe is AMAZING! Mike was great also!”
“Had another tear in my “new car” drivers seat. Tim did a fantastic job, it looks showroom ready again. I’m thrilled that there are still artisans around that can do this. Would hate to have to replace whole seat!! Thanks, Tim.”

“We went in to the store thinking they were going to high priced. We were extremely surprised how good the pricing was. Then N. Buckles checked on us and let us browse without any pressure. Buckles is incredibly knowledgeable about the products that Hank's Furniture carries. We purchased a couple pieces. We will come back there just for her knowledge of color matching to help prevent color clashing yet compliment each other. She was the perfect help for us. Just the non pressure help we were looking for. We will be back soon!”
“I cant say enough about this store and the people in it! The woman are kind, helpful, and make you feel so welcome. The products are at a great price and they have the most beautiful things! I am so grateful to have found them and decorate my house with their treasures.”
“This is a great rent to own place if you have to use rent to own. The workers are extremely friendly and helpful and they can find you what you need and usually get it to you that day.”
