“Brad, one of the heads of TSC Digital, came out personally to do the enormous job of fixing a previous companies install which was also contracted out by Starlink.
This previous install was not originally installed in the area I wanted it in.
Before he came out a few days ago, he gave me a call and told me he dealt with Starlink since they left no notes for them on the previous install issues and had me squared away for no costs.
He spent today over 2.5hrs to go out of his way to remove the Starlink dish off of my fence post and the wiring that was laying above ground in the mud within pieces of my 3/4 inch piping that were mine installed from the previous installer.
He then proceeded to install it properly as it should've been.
Before he installed, he professionally & kindly let me know in very precise & clear manner that if found any fire barriers within the wall to run the wire through, that I would be responsible for patching up the holes in the wall.
I was fine with this being a remodeler anyway.
He then installed the Starlink properly onto the front of my house onto facia with lag bolts, he then proceeded to run the wire through into my attic & fish it through the wall to the now new outlet in the area I wanted it in.
He did have to cut 2 small holes in order to fish it through. No biggee :P
This whole time, he was very warm & friendly throughout this whole process.
By the time it all was said and done 2.5hours later, he left me completely at ease, and ecstatic with this now perfectly done install.
Brad is one of those type of men that is a do it once and do it right guy.
They do more than just satellite installs, that is one of many profession that they do.
He did the install with a methodical precision that I have not seen in any employee or boss from other companies in many years.
Because of this, I'm giving them another job due to the quality of work Brad does for his company.
Next week, he'll be coming out again to personally work on my theatre system.
He's even gonna do a referral for me to have an electrician call me as well for some work I needed here.
This company is top notch for your needs in all the fields that they service !

“Paid 30 bucks to get everything transferred, guy helping us sent us out with the phone updating no wifi nothing transferred had to call customer service to get something's transferred it was not a good experience. Also guy working with us said he wasn't very technical aware”

“Service has been kind to me other than the last 10 years of service at a reasonable price my current phone doesn't do sms which is a problem for me. Other than that I have been from Gulf Shores Alabama as far west as Southern Utah and Las Vegas and I've never had an issue”
