“These guys are awesome! I was concerned about getting my StarLink mounted on the peak of my roof for better reception. They did a fantastic job. Ran the cables through my attic area and down to my office. Very professional and friendly crew. You should hire them immediately.”

“Every time I go into their store these guys are so nice…Everyone that I have dealt with in the store knows exactly what they’re doing… I have had a visit to a different store and not the same experience . I am on my son‘s plan and I explained to him what happened and he said go to the corporate store and he found it on Google ..He gave me the address and said go there and nowhere else. I am so happy that I did and I won’t go anywhere else. I’m confident that if I have an issue they will fix it ..if I need to purchase some things they will help me.Every time I have walked out of that door I have walked out being very happy and confident that I was taken care of. thank you T-Mobile for making me feel like I am a valued client And for such an awesome corporate office that I have 100% confidence in that will take care of my phone!”

“Like mobile phones, the infrastructure is basically the same. So, what separates Dobson from the others? Customer Service. An install crew created a problem for me and my neighbors. As soon as Dobson was notified, they came out immediately and made things right. This is a huge improvement over past providers that deny there even is a problem. Go Dobson!”

“This is the place to get what you need/need done/ need to be shown! 😃 And, Pon has always been outstanding with super knowledge and experience but the new superstar is *Roberto*! He helped me get a new phone when the sales systems had been down for 2 hours (yes, I waited)!! He is patient and very attentive, a great listener. He helped with my Apple Watch frustrations and new phone settings when I returned to turn in my old phone. Again, love, love the FS Rogers Ave. Verizon store!! 🥰”
