It is an awful place. The owner is up n credibly insulting and he over charged me for. Room that the toilet didn't even flush

Staff is friendly and make you feel very comfortable and at home. Zero tolerance for people that act out and quick to tell those to leave if they aren't respectful to others. Pet friendly as well

This place is being remodeled right now also is almost the cheapest place to rent in town of fort Smith without needing to put a real big $ deposit down
