Dylan came to fix some issues we had at installation. He went above and beyond to get us the best possible speed and even fixed some issues we had with our Samsung TV.

I began to talking to Dobson Tech support on the phone on Friday, January 10, 2025, and talked with them until January 16, 2025 regarding our fax line which was not working. Finally, on January 17, 2025, field technicians, Jeremy and Dylan came to our office and had our fax line repaired within 10 minutes. They were wonderful!
