Thankfully I spotted a car near the office and it turned out to be the manager; a guy named Marvin. He was incredibly kind. He offered to help and drove down immediately to my unit, taught me how to use the jumper cords, jumped my car and made sure I was okay. He was wonderful! A plus!”

“Had a task to do Sunday and needed a trailer. Stopped by and the store was busier than I assumed they would be. I had to wait in line 30 mins while the two employees diligently worked through each customer. I took it upon myself to go online and reserve the trailer I needed in hope to expedite my time at the counter and it did. The after-hours eturn process was easy as well. The UHAUL process is pretty streamlined. If you could find away to maybe use kiosks in the stores to free up the employees is the only thing I see could help you with volume and the lack of labor needs.”
