“Renting my husband's tux from Rainwater's couldn't have been easier! We stopped in the week before our elopement, picked out a classic look we loved, got him fitted, and everything was ready to pick up the day before the wedding. The whole process was quick, organized, and completely stress-free. Everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful, and it was fun getting to meet Mr. Rainwater while we were there! The tux looked great, fit well, and returning it afterward was just as easy.

“My grandson turned 14 on June 1 and wanted some Nike slides for his birthday. He wears a size 14 so it is very DIFFICULT to find anything in his size, especially in our small town. His mom found a pair, in his size, online at Shoe Carnival so we made the hour long trip to get them. Although there wasn't a huge selection in his size, we were able to find a pair of Jordan slides that he really liked. Bonus...they were on sale. He really wanted a different style but the biggest ones were only a size 13. He got the Jordan's and he is very happy with them. The associate on the floor was helpful, showing us where to find what we were looking for. Then, as we checked out, the cashier was lovely and offered to order the original style of slide that he wanted. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I've shopped here many times and I will continue to do so.”

“I ordered shoes for my girlfriend online and when they arrived they were completely destroyed. Instead of trying to call in and ship them back to get another pair I thought I would try to take them to my local Finish Line in Fort Smith to see what my options were. I figured they were going to tell me to just call some 1-800 number and deal with it that way. Boy was I wrong, the entire management staff instantly made me feel at ease and actually had the shoes I needed in stock and took care of me right away.
