“This place is awesome and so is the staff. Best experience I have ever had. I called their service department to look at my truck because the sensor kept telling me I needed air in my tire and I know I didnt. Also everytime I turned right i heard a sqeaking noise. They looked at it and hooked it Up to their machine and fixed both problems at no cost to me. Thank you so very much. You guys are the best.”

“They were all wonderful so ya was very helpful and I love how I told her what I was looking for she found what she thought was suited best to the description. I gave her in the first car she showed me. I really liked it. We did look at some other things, but I was very satisfied with her as my sales lady!!! Would highly recommend and will refer all my friends that direction to Sonya and Crane Kia”

“I have known the owner(s) my whole life and have grown up around this family. Been to auctions have sent friends to purchase cars (still thank me for referring them to N.B.A.) that were in a bind an needed assistance in getting transportation so they wouldn't lose their jobs and lively hoods to support themselves and their families... I feel bad bc I should have posted this months ago but I'm happy to bring those experiences to light. If you are able to go there an purchase a vehicle the experience is second to none, you will definitely feel that your situation matters and that you are a priority, regardless of score. THERE IS SOMETHING TO BE SAID ABOUT The OLD SCHOOL STYLE OF BUSINESS, YOU KNOW THE BOOTS On THE GROUND BUSINESS, ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR DECADES AND DECADES. I STAMP MY WORD and REP ON N.B.A. GOD BLESS! MG”

“Listen, the ONLY reason these guys are getting five stars IS BECAUSE I CANNOT GIVE THEM SIX!!! My experience here at J Pauley was outstanding. We broke down traveling and they helped me in an emergency. We had just left the town we first broke down in the afternoon before and don’t get far into it broke down again, which was frustrating. But the mechanics here found what the other shop missed, and got us going again. They even got on the phone with me when I called the previous shop, who ended up covering my hotel stay in Ft Smith after talking to the guy here at J Pauley. So I am just thrilled with their service department. If I lived here, this is where I’d have my old Landcruiser serviced.”

“We decided to try this diner out for the first time today and let me say, it was well worth it. Prices are affordable. Food was hot, fresh, and yummy. Staff was friendly. The only thing I can say and it just my opinion. When I eat somewhere, I need something to look at so I don't feel like I am staring at people.. so a few decorations on their walls wouldn't hurt. We will definitely be back though.”

“We just got a 2007 Jeep Liberty with 100,000 miles and we are in love with this dealership. Chuck worked with us on our down payment and understood we could only make our full vehicle payment once a month as we're on a fixed income. Drove the vehicle off the lot same day, got to gas station, put gas in, it wouldn't start. Called Chuck and he took care of it, we are now heading to get a new battery from his mechanic at no cost to us. He sticks to his word and agreement. Doesn't BS you either, he gives you the facts straight up without sugar coating it. If you want someone that works with you and is a man of his word, visit Chuck Chunn today and tell him Melissa and Steven Moore sent you.”

“Adam noble has always been above and beyond with helping us! We have purchased 3 of out 4 vehicles frome J pauley. Adam has always bee straight forward and no game played with pricing. He has also helped with some technical issues. When I am in the market for a new vehicle I will go to j pauley toyota. We live in fayetteville and Toyota of fayettevile does not compare to j pauley I will drive to fortsmith to purchase a vehicle ! Recently my warranty ran out and a minor part broke on my tundra. Toyota of fayetteville refused to help me with a part replacement, mind you I was 4 days out of my warentee period, the drug it out to 2 weeks past my full coverage. I replaced the part my self and j pauley helped with the part number. Thank you all at j pauley for the care you give to your customers!”
