“Bought my car there to get it fixed after hitting a deer and it came back to me worse than when I brought it there. Both sides of the car fenders were not attached properly, most of the area to be sprayed Ignored. The lights had to be replaced twice because they were faulty and the second pair do not work eight months later. Went back to them several times to tell them and yeah yeah we’ll get back to you. We’ll get back to you and never happened. Contacted Better Business Bureau. They never responded in the process of small claims but they still haven’t responded to that either. They refuse to remedy what they were paid for in the first place.”
“Of you can catch Lisa working it's good place to shop actually find the parts you need and better prices than the big boxs stores but if shell isn't available and her husband is working just turn a round a leave due is complete worthless might as well go to big box store at that point”

“So..the young man behind the counter was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My request was a simple head light bulb..not much difficulty, but a lady came in while I was checking out to let him know that whatever she tried did not work. He could easily gave left it at that, but he said for her to hang on a second while he funushed with me and he had a couple more ideas. She seemed relieved and grateful. I did not catch his name..bummer!!!!”
“Took my car in on Tuesday and had the back window replaced by Thursday. The price was fair and the job was quick. They cleaned up all the broken glass, except the broken glass in the trunk(otherwise I would have gave 5 stars). I am satisfied with their work.”

“I visited the O'Reilly's and Harrison the other day and it was like most O'Reilly stores. Customer friendly service oh, the things that I needed were readily available, the prices are a little bit higher than what I would like to pay but it's a brick-and-mortar retail store so it's to be expected. I plan on visiting the O'Reilly's in Flippin here within this week or beginning of next week and I feel is it not much will be different between the two. O'Reilly's is as we all know a nationwide store and they do Pretty good overall as an automotive parts chain distributor.”

Generally, I’m intimidated by engines and rely on car-savvy folks like my brother or stepfather—both motorheads—since that gene skipped me entirely. However, Michael, the superhero of AutoZone, stepped up perfectly when I needed expert guidance to replace a rear brake light on my car. The access port was so tiny that only someone with miniature hands could reach it, especially under the blazing Arkansas summer noon sun. His advice was spot-on, and I fixed the issue before a repair ticket turned into a citation.

“I purchased a new 2024 Ford Ranger at the Ultimate Dealership. This vehicle was ordered with a 2.7L V6 engine. After a few months service and less than 5,000 miles, the engine developed an oil leak which was trace to the head gasket. The Ultimate Service department communicated effectively with me and Ford Corporate. A decision was made to replace the engine, which was installed at the Ultimate dealership. The new engine runs well, and I am very satisfied with the service, the level of communication, and the overall experience.”
“Flippin Walmart is just awesome! Great staff highly knowledgeable. There's no other place I would trust with my automotive service needs. The tire warranty is top notch and they are always willing to meet or beat their own standards. If you need a fuel injection service for sluggish engines that have lost power they offer a system cleaner that works amazing. I got my headlights restored for 25 bucks! They came out so pristine as to be compared with brand new.”
