“Bought my car there to get it fixed after hitting a deer and it came back to me worse than when I brought it there. Both sides of the car fenders were not attached properly, most of the area to be sprayed Ignored. The lights had to be replaced twice because they were faulty and the second pair do not work eight months later. Went back to them several times to tell them and yeah yeah we’ll get back to you. We’ll get back to you and never happened. Contacted Better Business Bureau. They never responded in the process of small claims but they still haven’t responded to that either. They refuse to remedy what they were paid for in the first place.”

“After getting an oil change at Walmart (never again) my car began making a terrible noise. The men at Walmart were rude and said it was a coincidence. I drove to O'Reilly and realized they broke the vacuum sleeve coming out of oil canister by leaning on it or something. The assistant manger, Dalton, at O'Reilly saved my entire day and week. He was patient, kind and respectful. I was able to go to work and will be able to travel tomorrow for an important medical appt. The "mechanics" at Walmart didn't care at all about the predicament they put me in. Dalton has helped me in the past. I would give him 10 stars if I could. As a previous business owner, I hope he is valued as an employee. There aren't many good ones left out there it seems. Thanks, Dalton!!!! ?”

“They know there stuff. Went to AutoZone and O'Reilly's for a common bulb socket. Both claimed it might be able to be ordered our to go to the dealer. Napa knew what I wanted and without looking it up got me the right part. Prices were way cheaper than both other stores.”
“Took my car in on Tuesday and had the back window replaced by Thursday. The price was fair and the job was quick. They cleaned up all the broken glass, except the broken glass in the trunk(otherwise I would have gave 5 stars). I am satisfied with their work.”

“Home town Auto parts store. Great selection, great service, knowledgeable staff, just like the old days before the chains took over. They made me up a 30+ foot long power steering hose for our diesel pusher in under 10 minutes, that was rubbed through due to poor factory installation . New hose fit perfectly and works great! Support small business, buy local! They will support you!”

“I visited the O'Reilly's and Harrison the other day and it was like most O'Reilly stores. Customer friendly service oh, the things that I needed were readily available, the prices are a little bit higher than what I would like to pay but it's a brick-and-mortar retail store so it's to be expected. I plan on visiting the O'Reilly's in Flippin here within this week or beginning of next week and I feel is it not much will be different between the two. O'Reilly's is as we all know a nationwide store and they do Pretty good overall as an automotive parts chain distributor.”

“I purchased a new 2024 Ford Ranger at the Ultimate Dealership. This vehicle was ordered with a 2.7L V6 engine. After a few months service and less than 5,000 miles, the engine developed an oil leak which was trace to the head gasket. The Ultimate Service department communicated effectively with me and Ford Corporate. A decision was made to replace the engine, which was installed at the Ultimate dealership. The new engine runs well, and I am very satisfied with the service, the level of communication, and the overall experience.”

The tire warranty is top notch and they are always willing to meet or beat their own standards. If you need a fuel injection service for sluggish engines that have lost power they offer a system cleaner that works amazing. I got my headlights restored for 25 bucks! They came out so pristine as to be compared with brand new.”
