“From the first call to Patty, meeting J.D. to talk about my options for repair it was pleasant and I knew I would be in good hands.
The day of the appointment Patty called and reported with enthusiasm that my car was done. Pick up was informative and I never felt like I was being rushed or talked down to. Patty has the best customer service skills ever. J.D. is so knowledgeable and very nice to deal with and Jax, who actually did the work, was also so respectful and took the time to advise care for in the future. Although they are a Collision Repair Shop, I will check with them before going anyone else.
