“I'm rarely left impressed by the customer service around the US, but it took one pleasant female sales associate from Greenwood's Dollar General to change that. I visited the store at around 1930 on May 8th (transaction time 1953) and this lady is a walking textbook of excellent customer service. Her demeanor, poise, and sales etiquette are to the point.
