“I had an interesting experience early this morning while on the way to the doctor. I realized that I had a tire consistently losing air and I was going to be in a bit of trouble if I didn’t pull over soon. The mechanics at Anglen happened to be outside preparing for their day in the early morning hours, 45 minutes earlier than they were scheduled to open. I pulled in and asked for help and there was me hesitation in 4 willing employees to change my tire and get the spare on. They did not ask for money but instead wished me well and worked quickly to make sure that I made it to my 7:30 appointment! Good Samaritans exist and it was a surprising and unplanned pleasantry dealing with these gentlemen! Thank you again!”
“We out on a trip and stopped in just to get a poker chip and short and my husband asked about an electrical issue was having on his Lowrider ST that was serviced at our local store. Found out that the tuner that was just installed was done improperly by the other store and had damn near melted to nothing. They got us in and put in less than an hour to replace it! They guys in service are GREAT! And the ladies in the showroom are so helpful and nice! I only wish they were closer to us so we could continue to use them! My experience here at J Pauley was outstanding. We broke down traveling and they helped me in an emergency. We had just left the town we first broke down in the afternoon before and don’t get far into it broke down again, which was frustrating. But the mechanics here found what the other shop missed, and got us going again. They even got on the phone with me when I called the previous shop, who ended up covering my hotel stay in Ft Smith after talking to the guy here at J Pauley. So I am just thrilled with their service department. If I lived here, this is where I’d have my old Landcruiser serviced.”
“I had an emergency issue with my collector car while on the road this past week. I had my car towed to Bulldog Auto Repair after talking with Brian the owner. It was close to the holiday weekend so they stored my prize car for several days in the shop to protect it from the elements outdoors until they were back to work on it. They treated my car like it was theirs, and promptly fixed the issues to return it to me the next day they were open. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results of the work performed, and the red carpet treatment my car received, not to mention the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly attitude they exhibited toward me.
