Owner was nice and attentive at first. Gave a notice still charged my account. Not a good way to handle business, a literally billing nightmare.

The owner is pretty attentive but not always available. Hackett is a fairly safe area... so it should be fine

I love everything about east jackson storage I've had a storage unit at a couple other places and east jackson storage is hands down the best. The units are very reasonable, the staff are really nice and helpful and you have to put in a code to get in.
