The owner is pretty attentive but not always available. Hackett is a fairly safe area... so it should be fine

I love everything about east jackson storage I've had a storage unit at a couple other places and east jackson storage is hands down the best. The units are very reasonable, the staff are really nice and helpful and you have to put in a code to get in.

The guy who owns this place is just wonderful. Very accommodating and kind. Clean facility though be warned, it's in a low spot and can get muddy.
