“Mark is always really nice and knowledgeable about his products. He will also tell you why he doesn't carry a particular product brand. If he doesn't feel like he can stand behind it, he won't carry it, but he does explain why he doesn't. We have bought several appliances through him over the years and family's members have bought several pieces of furniture from him. His prices are always reasonable. He can load your vehicle or he can deliver them for you. He's very friendly, let's you look around on your own or will help you shop of you need suggestions.”
