“So we found a hickory chest of drawers and dresser we wanted in Branson West, but as we traveled home to TX from Springfield we thought we would stop in Harrison to look at the log cabin furniture there, since it had been about 5 years since we stopped in. So we found an aspen dresser and drawers and a TV cabinet(not aspen) we loved even better, and just as good if not better quality than that in Branson West. Not only that we got the 3 pieces for $500 less that the 2!!!! Jackpot!!!! Here is where the minor issue almost killed the deal. The girl working there was nice, but all alone, no one to help me load the 3 pieces of furniture, thus losing out on a $2700 sale. She called the owner and he was out at his farm, but said he could be there in a little while to help me load if we could wait. we were not in a hurry if we were getting the solid aspen furniture we wanted. He got there and played Tetras to get it all loaded in my truck and we headed out. He was very nice and helpful and appreciative our patience and doing business with them. We will be back possibly, to get more rustic log cabin furniture when we complete our cabin build!!!! Reading the other 2 reviews, seems like they should know that Ashley Furniture sucks before they even looked!!!!”

“Harrison Store is awesome,Great Customer Service.Roger's store not so much, I shopped for 45 minutes before a sales rep even acknowledged my existence then after buying a couch and paying cash they screwed up the delivery to the Harrison store and it took 2 weeks to get. Thankfully the Harrison store was able to correct and fix he delivery manifest”
