Hardware Stores
“Always a great experience. Always reminds me of when I was young and went to the hardware store with my dad. He always had more to say with the salesman. (I believe that was how males identified themselves who were into sales.) The folks there helped him, but knew him also. That's how I feel when I go into this hardware store. They will ask if you need any help, but they also won't hound you. Respect. And, if you don't have an ace rewards program card, get one. I'm not sure if I can say this as a member to the public, but if you frequent a hardware store, that free card can save you money. And, they give you money every so often! I know, the other big corporations and the like might have something cheaper. But, cheaper means cheap. Ace Hardware is kind of a big name, and they seem to all have family values. Professional, kind, helpful. The men and women of Ace make it a business that stands out. It makes it easy to go here, not really sure of what you're doing, but can get some good input without feeling embarrassed. 99% of the time, if there is someone up front, and there always is, if you ask them what you're looking for, they will say in a few short words "aisle 11 halfway down on the right 3rd row down." But seriously, you don't have to wander around here, aimlessly looking for whatever. Ask someone. I am 100% positive you can get what you need, and then relax and aimlessly wander around and look. You'll end up finding that thingy that hooks up to the other thingy. I don't know what to say. "Ace is the place for helping hardware man." Remember that jingle? Now , I believe that "helping hardware folks" is fair. Movements like that were cool. Maybe some time down the road, it'll be "Ace is the place where you can go for stuff." Great home feel. 100% recommend this hardware store. The others are alright, American is USA.”

“I just had the most wonderful experience at home depot in Harrison AR. I got my man a pellet smoker for his birthday. Jason, the store manager and arrie aka bumble bee were so helpful. I ordered over the phone and when when we went to pick up there were balloons abd and a Happy Birthday sign in the smoker. So cute. Steven loved his present and everybody was so helpful and happy. Even the other customers were happy and cheerful. They loaded the grill for us. I love this place. ? thanks to all of you who helped me make this happen for him. You are my new favorite.”

“The service I received at Meeks was top notch. I was greeted by a woman, Tracy Petree, and she pointed me the right direction. The supplies were organized and appropriately marked, so I did not have to dig around for what I needed! Thank you to all the employees for a job well done!”
“My husband and I were recently in Home Depot, Harrison, AR looking for a drill. It was close to time for the store to close but we had questions because the options for drills have grown since we purchased our last drill 11 years ago. We called for help and the guy who came was so patient and knew everything there is to know about drills. He helped us make a good decision. At the end of our time with him we noticed that his tag said store manager. We were pretty impressed that the store manager took so much time to help us.”
“Quality equipment and hands down best customer service anyone can ask for. I have done business with them for many years and they have always delivered and exceeded my expectations.”
