I had to call several times kept getting “disconnected” then they are still trying to charge me for the service fee when none of it was my fault.

Very difficult to contact Americgas or speak with anyone who speaks English as a first language. This summer I will be using another supplier. The local personnel are very competent and professional.

I'd love to say they are the worst company I've ever dealt with but there are so many to choose from. Entergy, ATT, Windstream. Add this one to the list. Bonkers bad service.
