“When my tank gets to 35% I should have someone coming out to check it and fill it for me. I’m on the auto file and for the last year and a half. This has not been happening. I feel I should not call or text to have a feel they should be keeping an eye on my tank for me. Their computers should show when I’m needing to be filled up. Has anyone else had this trouble with them too?”
