“What makes this a great small grocery store is the friendly service. They have unique items, every day items, and the meat is always fresh. Returns are easy and not a second degree question of why. It is worth a trip to this store because the atmosphere is happy.”
“Excellent customer service! Best I've had at any grocery store in a LONG time! You can tell they care about the customer, your not just a number.
ONLY reason I had to knock 1 star off (and I hated to do it) is the Harps prices are a little higher than other mainstream grocery stores.”
“Probably the nicest and most professional DG employee I’ve ever met. Mr James is his name. My wife loved the selection. Much better than what she’s use to seeing at DG location south of I-10.”
“The Dollar general is a nice place to have close by. Especially if you don't want to go to one of the bigger stores for something. Their staff is always friendly and even if they're short-handed they're willing to stop and help you.”
“Friendly staff that are very helpful. Dollar General is the go to store for all your last minute grocery needs as well as cards and gifts year round. They offer special seasonal items including home decor and gardening supplies. They are like a miniature neighborhood grocery store. While small, this store reflects the standards you expect to see in all Dollar General stores.”
“I need to tell you how Beverly in the Garden Center made my and my friend’s day last week. Her efficient helpfulness, bright smiles, cheerful can-do attitude, and genuine concern were deeply appreciated by my senior self and partially-paralyzed senior friend. You need to give that woman a raise, an award, and hold her up as an example to your staff as what an amazing employee looks like. I’d give her 10 stars if I could.”
“Absolutely ?% LOVE this store! We recently moved to Heber Springs and come here often. They have pecans, jellies, jams, spices, soup mixes, fudge, candies, gifts and a whole lot more. We come here to shop every chance we get! It is always a pleasure! Thank you, Ozark Country Market!”
