JMSB Mobile RV Repair is a great mom and pop RV store and mobile repair service. They are a friendly family business known for being very knowledgeable and trustworthy. The store has a large inventory of RV parts and a great variety of goods and repair parts. They provide very good and fair service for RV repairs. Technicians can diagnose problems, perform repairs, and complete jobs like winterizing motorhomes. They are helpful and will work customers into their schedule, though patience is advised as they are often very busy due to their quality work. Their customer service is excellent and clearly above and beyond the call. Staff are very helpful and communicate well, even walking customers through fixing problems over the phone. They are customer-concerned and put the customer's needs first, including offering referrals if unable to help directly. This quality and honest service makes them a business customers will call again when needed.
If you’re ever in the Heber Springs/Greers Ferry area and have issues with your RV this is the place to call. Marcus went above and beyond helping us figure out our electrical issues.
