I was talking to Mrs. Davidson the branch manager one day about how I was having such a hard time getting my Dr to give me a pre authorization form for my insurance to cover a electric hospital bed for me at my home, explaining that it had been 3 weeks already. I really needed it due to a medical condition I have. She smiled and said you're in luck, saying her father had just passed away and she had his with 2 brand new mattresses, I would just have to meet her at his house on the weekend, so my brother took me the following Saturday to help load it up.
