Service is super quick, with fills often completed in just minutes. They offer very good service, including helpful emergency response during nights, weekends, and poor weather. The staff, from office to drivers, are wonderful, kind, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Many customers highly recommend them for all propane needs.

We were out just before closing time. They sent a truck out and filled us up within an hour. Great people great service you don’t get from the other local companies.

I ran out of propane in the middle of the night while it was 10 degrees and snowy. Tri-state came out on a Saturday morning and was able to make it down my street to get us propane. Staff was friendly also.
